Mandates

Manticore takes on exits where size is the constraint. Tell us what has to move, how fast, and into what — the answer is usually a mandate, and sometimes it is that you do not need one.
What the desk takes on
- Positions large enough that a market sell would move the price against you meaningfully.
- Holders whose timeline is measured in weeks, and who were going to sell into strength anyway.
- Tokens with a real pool and real volume on a venue that supports discretised liquidity.
What it turns away
- Positions small enough to sell without moving the price. Sell them; you do not need a desk.
- Exits with a hard deadline. A ladder is a price commitment, not a time commitment.
- Anything requiring the desk to take custody of keys it should not hold.
